Meet with me for an interview. I may ask for client or professional references at this point in the process.
Once you are approved, you will be added to my agent network. That way, when I have clients in your area that line up with your expertise, you will be the first to know.
After you’re matched with a client, I check-in regularly to make sure that the process is going smoothly and everyone is happy.
Once you and your client close your deal, I’m paid a referral fee. You’ll remain a part of my network, and I will keep sending dream clients your way!
Agents by Brooke is a boutique referral agency that pairs first time home buyers and sellers with qualified real estate agents.
You don’t need me to tell you that there are some things that need to change in the real estate industry. I founded Agents by Brooke because I know there are incredible agents who do right by their clients that get overlooked in favor of shiny sales tactics. I just make it easier for my clients to find them.
No! I only take a referral fee once the transaction is complete. That means no monthlies, no claiming zip codes, no discounting your commission. Just a referral agreement and fee if you close with the client. There is no cost to become a part of my referral network.
I'll do periodic check-ins to make sure everyone is happy with the match. I'm here to be a second pair of eyes on your relationship as needed. Treat them like you would any other client. I'll also set expectations with the client to make sure everyone is happy with the relationship before we're too far in the transaction.
I will call, email, and text you when I find the perfect client for you. I know you’re used to scrambling to answer the phone when a potential referral is sent your way. You can relax with me, I’ll do everything I can to get in touch with you when I find a great client for you. I’ll give you 24 hours and a notice before I move on to another agent.
If I refer a potential client to you and you don’t have the time to take them on? No hard feelings. You will be able to remain in my network and continue to have clients referred to you even if you’re on vacation when I call (take it, you deserve it).
No. My goal is to prioritize the best client-agent matches. When you do great work, you’ll be top of mind when the right client comes around. Serve that client well and they’ll be a match for life.
Short answer: I only refer agents who do exceptional work.
There are a lot of factors that go into becoming a part of my network. I want my agents to be just as happy as the clients I match them with. These factors are meant to support your business by finding you stellar, for-life clients.
Primarily, I look for agents that are familiar with their local area and experts in their specific field. I start by getting to know you, reading reviews or speaking with past clients, and learning about your values and interests. I want you to be happy working with me, as well! If you have specific interests, please let me know. Passionate about historic homes, rental, or new builds? Let me know! I want to give you the types of transactions that have you jumping out of bed with excitement every morning.
All of the agents in my network must comply with local and federal laws, and be passionate about actively providing fair and equal service to all of their clients.
